The Story
Arkansas born. Road tested. Built on honest songs.
Arkansas-born singer-songwriter Jack Lindsey brings a distinctive sound to country music, blending original songs with the influences of Red Dirt and Outlaw country. Raised in Little Rock, Jack spent much of his time in Woodruff County, where he developed a love for playing music with others around campfires and at hunting clubs.
During his junior year of college, a friend invited Jack to play a fraternity party at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. What was supposed to be a couple-hour gig turned into four hours of playing in the January cold. Rather than discouraging him, the experience confirmed what Jack already felt — he was hooked, and music was what he wanted to pursue.
During his senior year at the University of Arkansas, Jack formed a band and began building his live performance career. He has performed at venues including George's Majestic, Rev Room, Prairie Street Live, and Tin Roof, along with private events and other stages throughout Arkansas. He was also invited to perform an original song at Walton Arts Center for visiting Nashville songwriters.
In just one year, Jack has progressed from opening acts and solo acoustic performances to headlining shows with his band. On October 13, 2026, Jack will release “Man’s Man”, the first single from his upcoming debut album, scheduled for release in spring 2027. He expects to graduate from the University of Arkansas in December 2026 with a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting.
As he begins booking shows for 2027, Jack is focused on growing his audience, bringing his music to new stages, and connecting with listeners who share his passion for authentic country music.
